Our aim is to

London Council for Hajj and Umrah commenced trading in 1996 to cater for the pilgrimage needs of Muslims in North London, and by the grace of Allah, we were able to provide hajj packages from our very first year of operation. From humble beginnings, today we have grown to become a Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj Approved Agent catering for Muslims across the UK and afforded the full quota of hajj visas every year (currently 450 per annum). Our company ethos from the very beginning has been to provide high quality hajj packages at affordable and competitive prices. Often, our packages and prices are unrivaled. We believe we are providing a service as opposed to running a business and thus we only provide Islamic pilgrimage tours i.e. Hajj, Umrah, and Al-Quds tours (Jerusalem) at very low prices.

We are a multi-lingual service provider assisting Muslims from all backgrounds and races. The languages currently spoken are English, French, Arabic, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. Our Muallims have extensive experience in leading groups of pilgrims and focus on making the hajj pilgrimage as comfortable as possible. We are also a member of IATA to provide our pilgrims added assurance.

We currently provide three types of hajj packages: non-shifting 17 days express package; 21 days ‘shifting’ package with an arrival at Makkah first followed by a transfer to Aziziyah for the days of the Hajj; and a unique 25 days package starting at Aziziyah a few days before the start of the Hajj followed by 7 nights at the prestigious Abraj-Al-Bait complex followed by 9 days in Madinah allowing our pilgrims to complete 40 salah in The Prophet’s Mosque: a package that is exclusive to London Council for Hajj and Umrah (May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon His Apostle). All our packages include luxury VIP coach transfers throughout the journey and accompanied by a renowned scholar for the days of Hajj which includes bayaans (lectures) and duas (supplications). Our Muallims also organise an ‘Umrah coach’ on arrival for those starting their pilgrimage in Aziziyah together with a comprehensive Ziyarah of Madinah. We also provide a comprehensive Hajj Seminar led by a leading scholar prior to departure and provide all pilgrims with ID cards, a ‘GymSack’ carry bag, and pilgrimage guides (printable from our website).

In addition to Hajj packages, we also provide tailor-made Umrah packages. Our extensive experience in facilitating hajj and umrah packages has allowed us to establish strong links with the Saudi Embassy in London to obtain visas at short notice and also negotiate favourable rates with all the 5-star hotels in Makkah and Madinah leading us to be awarded Movenpick Madinah’s No.1 Customer Award (Anwar Al-Madinah hotel; see gallery for a photo of the plaque on display at our office). On average, we facilitate approximately 1000 umrah packages per year and to date we have not had a single Visa Application rejected.

Finally, due to overwhelming demand, we introduced tours to Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as of April 2018. We offer two types of packages to the third holiest city in Islam. Firstly, the popular ‘3 Holy Cities Tour’ comprises of a 14-day package to Al-Quds, Madinah, and Makkah which is facilitated once a year and includes a Ziyarah in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. The second package we offer is an exclusive 7-day stay at Al-Quds only, the beautiful ‘City of Prophets’ and home to all three Monotheistic faiths.
